Mission: To provide best-in-class customer service and offer an innovative mix of financial products and services to our customers.
I worked at Cash Store full-time (More than a year)
good starting pay, fast pay increases, good people to work with, decent amount of training , Sundays always off, opportunities for quick advancement if you work hard.
They let people go seemingly at random and without a clear reason goes up to the district managers even, not a job people last at very long, safety of the job is questionable there's always the threat of robbery happened quite often at the stores around the area.
Advice to Management
give your employees more advice about how they want you to do things let them know how they can improve instead of just getting rid of them.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cash Store (Dallas, TX).
Same old same old interview. They only have full time positions. If they don't offer the position on they spot they most likely are not going to hire you. If you do get the job beware training is not that great (book training) you really don't know what your doing until training is over and the store level employees have to show you.
None. They have a set pay.
