Very intelligent people working here with great work ethic. Leadership strives to create and provide programs and opportunities to employees in regard to training, skill-building, recognition, work-life balance, etc.; much more so than you would expect from a small company, much less a larger company. The culture is laid back, but still very professional and forward thinking. Employees are friendly and will always smile and say hello.
I haven't come across any.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Catacel in May 2011.
I was asked to come in to interview at the site. The drive up was daunting as the company is located in the middle of farmland which is interesting for a cutting edge company dealing with fuel cells and hydrogen fuel processing. I met with four people and each had their own approach to the process. It was very laid back and I had the sense that they were looking for personality fit as well as professional capabilities. The facility could use some TLC but otherwise it is a great escape from more hectic life. I found the culture to be laid back and still professional.
