Pros

This company is for its people. They are working hard to provide a comfortable, diverse and supportive workplace.

Cons

The pay is not that great, it is a non profit agency therefore some its funding is relied on by donors.

Advice to Management

I think they are trending in the right direction, I would say as long as they continue working for the people they will continue to maintain a positive support work culture.
