    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catholic Charities of Baltimore (Frederick, MD) in November 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview, Individual interview and called back for a group interview with entire team. The process left a very bad taste in my mouth because the clinical director told me afterwards that I would be getting an offer within the next 24 hours. When the offer didn't come I emailed him and he said the team had chosen someone else and overridden his choice of me. That's fine but he shouldn't have told me to expect an offer before speaking to the team if he intended to give them input.
