I worked at Cedar Point Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As with all VC companies, they are either bought, go IPO or go out of business. CPC had smart employees that worked hard for the Company. Good management.

    Cons

The product had gone past its peak potential. Growth would only come from a merger with a larger company that could invest in the product and the people.

    Advice to Management

CPC was sold to a much larger company and Management moved on to other ventures. Management worked hard to retain as many employees as possible before operations were moved to Billerica, MA. Well Done.

    Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cedar Point Communications in April 2009.

    Interview

The interview was pretty straight forward. The 1:1 interview was fun. Just explain why you want this job and you'll get it. Just be as honest as possible really. the skills test was easy. If you know html that is a plus.
