    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CedarCrestone in August 2014.

    Interview

Applied online and contacted the HR manager for interview. They setup a phone interview which was odd. THey had the other project manager interview me which created issues of competitiveness and normally a firm have the Practice Manager who is more high level interview and screen the candidate to match objectives etc and then move it to the Peer interviews.. To have a peer do it especially this guy was very strange. He went over his time limit and lost track of time and asked administrative questions ignoring any of the domain experience questions. (showed how inexperienced he was. Also, he was highly introverted and lied about travel which did was not part of the job.
