The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cell Signaling Technology.

    Interview

Initial phone interview with the recruiter. Basic questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years, greatest strengths, etc. Second interview with the hiring manager. Again the basic generic questions but also a few more specific things like protein structure. Third round was an on site interview with several different people on the team and higher ups. More generic questions but then specific stuff about my resume and basic antigen design.
