Cellares Reviews
Pros
Team bonding, good perks like food, great accessories for work (computer, headphones, etc.), opportunity for growth, genuinely nice people to work with.
Cons
Commuting isn’t the best. It’s a start up, expect it to have its challenges.

Interview
During the interview process, there were two rounds. Initially I was approached by a recruiter over Linkedin. Then I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager. I had a very bad interview experience with Cellares. The hiring manager was more interested in bragging about himself than actually talking about the role I was interviewing for. It was shocking to hear that the company does not have a security team at all and to make the case even worse the hiring manager thought that was normal for a Series B startup. Overall I got a bad impression on the company culture, and I would not want to work in such environment.InterviewA few behavior questions. Other questions asked were completely irrelevant to the role I was interviewing.
