I have been working at Cellcom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a very easy going work environment as far as sales is concerned. The company goes out of its way to take care of its employees and customers. I really enjoy the fact that they give me the tools to be able to help customers with problems without needing managements approval. I am able to work independently without someone overshadowing everything that I am doing.

    Cons

All sales jobs can be stressful from time to time. The company lacks the latest in technology and I am constantly having issues with my computer not functioning properly. The set up is not clear on who to contact when needing guidance with something from other departments leading to multiple calls and wasted time.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Cellcom (De Pere, WI) in April 2017.

    Interview

Well the interview started a half hour later than scheduled, interviewer was very cordial and professional. But they start you off with a test which consists of 2 sales brochures and you answer the questions on an I pad. Then she hands you her phone and asks you to complete tasks.

    Interview Questions

    • Well unfortunately I have a basic android phone so I felt a little belittled when asked to complete operations on her phone which was full of apps and was not familiar with. So just a heads up to anyone ,know all the latest phone operations and you'll be fine.   1 Answer
