The people you get to work with are fantastic and you honestly can't beat the health benefits.
A lack of transparency between upper management and everyone else creates a really toxic company culture. Upward movement is possible, but the top level is stagnant and there seems to be a lot of turnover at the lower/ middle levels of corporate.
Advice to Management
If strategy is altered, explain why to the subordinates. It's a small thing that goes a long way.
