Advice to Management
Stop changing direction so often and so quickly. Stop ignoring your employees expertise and experience when making business decisions. When the engineering team make estimates; take their word for it. They're not making it up or padding it unnecessarily. Have the guts to trust that your team really wants to make things successful and will work hard to accomplish it. Quit poking your head into the day-to-day meetings. Just tell them what you need/want and then be reasonable about the timeline they provide.
