I have been working at Centennial Bank part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I’m in school so I have to have a flexible schedule. Great atmosphere. Manager and exec team is always available and willing to help with any problems.

    Cons

Really no cons. Just like any other regular job there is down sides but nothing to do with the company itself.

    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Centennial Bank (North Little Rock, AR) in May 2015.

    Interview

Only interviewed with the Branch Manager/ Vice president. It was very thorough and I was capable of learning her expectations of me as well as my expectations from her and the branch. After the interview, I was offered the position the next day.
