Level III NICU Unit

Our Level III NICU is equipped with advanced medical technology needed to provide care for a wide range of medical conditions, from babies born a few weeks prematurely to the most unstable babies and those born with the lowest birth weights. Because it has a Level III NICU, Centennial Hills Hospital can treat babies who are as few as 23 weeks gestational age.

In addition, our Level III NICU provides treatment to babies who have one or more of a number of respiratory and infectious conditions, and is equipped with advanced respiratory support such as ventilators for and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy. Our Level III nursery also cares for specialized surgical, cardiac and neurological conditions.

Our staff of qualified caregivers includes neonatologists, registered nurses and respiratory therapists, occupational and physical therapists, social workers and breastfeeding specialists, all specifically trained to work with infants who are being treated in the NICU.

Robotic Surgery

Centennial Hills Hospital uses the da Vinci® Surgical System, an advanced robotic platform that allows doctors to perform complex procedures using a minimally invasive approach. Surgeons use the da Vinci® Surgical System to perform the following procedures:

  • Prostate surgery

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is committed to excellence in delivering orthopedic care, from total hip and knee replacements, spine surgeries, foot and hand surgeries to minimally invasive lumbar decompressions and more.

Here at centennial hill hospital the teamwork with staff is outstanding, a nurse is not left behind. We all get along well, we all respect one another

Nurse patient ratio 1:7, it can difficult to manage time management when all your pts are demanding and you have discharges and admissions

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Centennial Hills Hospital (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2016.

Went to the job fair that was held on May 18th. Chief nurse officer was very professional and friendly. He welcomed us, briefly introduced the hospital, and took some time to answer the questions. Casual interview was held immediately after. My interviewer was warm and energetic. I was comfortable the whole time. Unfortunately I did not pass the DDI test, and my application did not get processed. I'd love to try in 4 months.
