I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Center for Elders Independence (Oakland, CA)

    Interview

The CMO was late, but otherwise the process was standard. They did ask me to do an assignment to make sure I could comprehend task. The assignment was simple. Met with CMO and VPO. The VPO was really laid back and seemed to understand his role and what he wanted in an assistant. The CMO was all over the place.
