Pros

Flexible schedule and lots of support. Good communication.

Cons

Clients can be far away and scheduled at times that make it difficult to achieve full time hours.

Advice to Management

Create more communication opportunities between the senior management and staff. It would be nice to know who I was working for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (Cal-Ida, CA) in Sep 2019

    Interview

the process was one on one and it was lots of questions. But they were straightforward, if you have experience it is highly benefical. The staff is very welcoming during the interview process. it was a 3 step process interview.
