Mission: To improve the lives in the communities we serve by providing state-of-the-art vascular care to those with a true medical need in a compassionate and affordable manner.
We believe the treatment of symptomatic venous disease is a necessity.
#TeamCVR is #expanding again! We are proud to partner with renowned #vascular hashtag#surgeon Dr. Dominic J. Tolitano. He has performed thousands of endovenous ablations over his nearly 30-year career and was an early adopter of non-invasive treatment techniques for treating chronic #vein #disease. He is the former owner of Advanced Vein Clinics in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. He is currently a Senior Thoracic and Vascular Surgeon at Franciscan Physicians Hospital in Munster.
We are excited to have you join our amazing team, Dr. Tolitano! Doctors like you make CVR #strongertogether! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQJIY
Welcome Dr. Kristine Cruz, our newest member on TeamCVR! Dr. Cruz is an experienced surgeon specializing in minimally invasive procedures and obesity medicine. As a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, Dr. Cruz understands the reciprocal relationship of vein disorders and weight. People who are overweight are more likely to develop vein disease, while the immobility caused by symptoms like leg pain and heaviness or venous ulcers may lead to obesity. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQOUZ
CVR is set apart from other vein practices. We are revolutionizing the treatment and diagnosis of vein disease.
As a nationally recognized leader in the treatment of vein disease and venous insufficiency – CVR’s hiring philosophy is simple:

We are looking toward the future of CVR, and the treatment of venous insufficiency. Our vision is to provide comprehensive vein care throughout the United States. Coast-to-Coast, every patient with a true medical need should have access to our outstanding patient services and a variety of treatment modalities. To that end, we’ve established a massive network of individual centers throughout the U.S.
While all of our 70+ centers exemplify the signature CVR level of service, each clinic team has a unique personality, and own way of supporting their practice and doctor. The staff works together everyday to deliver an efficient patient experience with a smile. It’s not just a staff—it’s a family.
On top of all our other employee benefits, our clinic staff enjoy Monday through Friday schedules (no weekends or on-call) and four 10-hour work days. They are also eligible for a bonus program based on clinic performance and patient referrals.
Our board-certified doctors are a group of 40 world class physicians focused on the diagnosis and treatment of vein disease. Our doctors ensure patient care always remains the top priority and serve as a guiding force for CVR as a whole.

I have been working at Center for Vein Restoration full-time
As a former physician liaison and current regional sales director, I have seen this company grow substantially in just a few short years. Even with expansion and growth, every department and its leadership team has worked hard to maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I am extremely proud to be part of such an amazing team and grateful for the opportunities CVR has given me.
As with any growing company regular change is inevitable and for some this may be viewed as a “con.” Personally, I view the growth and the change that comes with it as a total “pro!”
Advice to Management
Continue to support and nurture your employees. We have some great people who if given the chance could be huge contributors to the future of CVR!
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Center for Vein Restoration (Greenbelt, MD) in April 2013.
The interview process was intense. A lot of questions regarding my ability to handle multiple issues, understanding of marketing analytics, and inquiries about previous experience or exposure to medicine.
I didn't have much of one. My supervisor did the negotiation with upper management for me.
