    Positive Outlook

I worked at Centinel full-time (More than a year)

A lot of really good people, training was excellent for the product & how the product is used. Product was overall a very good product for its intended use in the field. Upon hire medical benefits started from the first day and were very affordable. Privately own & the owner took a leading role and interacted with all employees, which lead to a sense of pride in the company, and he had an appreciation for his employees that showed. Hours of business were very good, Operations Director was very understanding and easy to talk to & provided any kind of training when you asked for it. Low stress job.

PTO time was minimal this could have been better. Other than that no complaints.

    Advice to Management

Maintain your path you are doing good job for your employees, but add to the PTO if you can it would be nice to have a minimum of 3 weeks.
