I worked at Centogene full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good product portfolio, benefits are great if you’re single, salary is decent (until you find out they basically don’t do raises and don’t have a performance review system in place)

    Cons

For starters I don’t write reviews on anything so the fact I’m taking time to write this should really say something off the bat. Constant yelling, being talked down to as if you’re a dog, just overall unprofessionalism by a lot of people (mainly in upper management). Many people just pull rank on you if they disagree with something you say and usually aren’t willing to even compromise as it’s usually their way or the highway. Whenever any sort of compromise does happen (very rare) people drag there feet as much as possible to get the task done. Microsoft excel is the CRM system with no willingness to change that anytime soon which makes it near impossible to keep things in order. Almost everything is done manually with next to no automation in place to make things easier. Just an overall very toxic work environment that in turn creates a very high turnover with the company.

    Advice to Management

Without a complete overhaul I’m not sure how anything can be fixed. I would strongly recommend HR start looking at these reviews on here seriously as it’s not just a few people that are unhappy it’s without question the majority.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Centogene.

    Interview

Everything was done very fast and in a very hectic manner. The interview process was ok overall. 2 phone calls before the face to face interview at the head quarter.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me to prepare a case scenario. The f2f interview was ok, in the average I would say   Answer Question
