    Positive Outlook

I worked at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Less than a year)

    Pros

The senior really gives you low priority engineering projects to work on, unlike some companies just give you busywork.

    Cons

It seems very hard to land a full time job with them even though you have great achievement with them.

    Advice to Management

The lunch room for the engineers is too small.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Martinez, CA) in November 2016.

    Interview

I received a phone call about a week after submitting my application and set up an interview two days after I received the phone call. The interview started off with a brief plant tour and an explanation of some of the possible projects I would be working on. This was followed by a group interview with four divisions within the company. The questions they asked me were pretty standard. They asked me specific questions about my resume, some behavioral questions, and asked me to explain how my experience would be relevant to their company. I received a job offer within that same day.
