I worked at Central National Bank part-time (More than 3 years)
I loved my time at CNB and was sad to leave. For the most part, they promote a small-town, mindset where you are allowed to really get to know your clients and do everything possible to help them out. There were many opportunities for advancement and education as well as community involvement.
Toward the end of my time there, they had a consultancy come through and, while it was understandable that some things needed to be changed, the way the ownership/executive management handled it was less than sensitive.
Things seemed to have improved and I would return to CNB if that were the direction I desired for my career path.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Central National Bank (Enid, OK) in March 2017.
Filled out the application and was called by HR. They set up an interview and I went in. The first person I talked with when I got there was HR we talked for a bit and then she took me to the Supervisor of the Trust department where I had my interview.
