At Central Payment, the concept of corporate social responsibility is a reflection of our corporate commitment to building successful and sustainable programs for our employees, sales representatives and the communities in which we operate. We focus on donating to local, regional, and international nonprofits that address children’s and health issues.

Central Payment has chosen several organizations to receive official corporate support and contributions. In addition, we have established a matching contribution program which allows us to increase the support for each of these worthy causes by making commensurate donations, subject to approval by Central Payment management, for donations made by our employees or sales representatives to any of these organizations.

We have concentrated our corporate support in 2014/2015 for the following nonprofit organizations:

Unlimited income potential, not micro managed, amazing back-end support when I want it, outstanding support on the merchant side as well (CPay's tech support and customer care is all in house, 24/7/365....that's huge, no outsourced BS). Zero financial indemnification on my end and I'm almost a year in. Cpay is a direct processor, they can get low with their prices. It's good to know your company will work with numbers to open an account if your client isn't happy with the proposal. Pay out is same day, I've never had an issue with pay. By far the most buttoned up and transparent processor Ive worked for. I read one review here with the "Boiler Room" comment......well duh! This is sales partner. I've talked with multiple Directors with Cpay and compared to the other companies I singed deals for, these guys are pretty legit. I called my Director about 20 times in one day, I felt no heat. Give me a break. The Director's have assistants as well, furthest from sales mentality you can get, supper supportive and helpful.

You know the cons of working an independent contractor position, don't hate the players, hate the game. No Insurance, no base pay etc etc. Again, it's the nature of the independent contractor game.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up. People going into this with reasonable expectations will probably truly enjoy working here. People wanting accounts handed to them are probably not going to last here long. People coming in upset with how the business has been set up and ran for years probably won't last here long. Keep doing what your doing.

    Sales Executive Interview

    Anonymous Employee
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Central Payment in August 2015.

Wow, what happened? Let's re-cap. I responded to an ad for a sales executive. Recruiter responded and we scheduled time to talk. Recruiter blew me off after scheduling a call with me last week. Recruiter continued to ask me to meet with you by phone because he determined my candidacy is worthy of a discussion. He sent me all kinds of things to learn about the company. He re-committed, several times, in-writing, telling me you would call me at 9 AM Central time today (even after I should have refused) and he still blew it! I slotted time for him when I needed to do other things this morning outside of my office. I sent him a response, "Ever heard of a calendar to book appointments? Ever consider using sticky notes to map out your day, making sure you hold your appointments?" I asked that he not contact me again.

    Interview Questions

    • Tough to answer questions which are never asked because the recruiter cannot hold appointments after scheduling them.   1 Answer
