Advice to Management
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Central Payment (Charlotte, NC) in March 2017.
Did an over the phone interview then went to the office for an in person interview. Both of the directors/owners were there interviewing me. It was pretty straight forward they asked some questions about me and my experience, They both made me feel very comfortable and even cracked some jokes. They offered me the job before I left the office and told me to think it over for a day or two and let them know. * about 6 month of inside sales they got rid of that department and created a new department in its place for recruiting.
