(Security)Management does not listen to employees, and does not attempt to solve work related issues, problems get swept under the rug. The biggest problem is the neglect that employees get supervisors are lazy and are told to let other people run the shift while the watch netflix and play on facebook, management refuses to investigate and responds with "if you dont like it then quit"
Advice to Management
Take control of your staff and when a staff member comes to you with work related issues address it and work for a resolution not stand up for the other person because you hired a friend, yes management hires friends and yes theres favoritism but if you refer your friend then thats a no go " conflict of interest" and in closing if you hire a supervisor that person should be trained as a "team player" and works at making a strong and happy work environment for the team ! Not some one who comes to work everyday and gets payed to eat popcorn and watch movies in the back office while the other employees work 12 hours on their own.

Too drawn out. I have heard of people waiting 2 months for a call after interview. they seem very disorganized. you could tell they were disinterested in being there almost like I was wasting their time. Ii was surprised I got a call back
