Pros

Over the last 4 years as an ED at Century Park, my voice consistently matters. Relationships, accountability, and clear expectations are encouraged and that aligns with my personal and professional

Cons

Being an ED is tough and even more tough now than in the past. That is a con to this all together but when given grace through mess ups and constructive feedback weekly, you can grow within yourself.

Continue to make positive changes and listening to advice from others. Keeping pushing to make the biggest impact. Can we do a big push to recruit to senior living from early ages? How cool would

    Contacted by RDO asking me to apply for the job then interviewed with recruiter then coo. Was called and offered job a few hours later from RDO. Accepted job but then offer was mysteriously rescinded.
