I have been working at Cenveo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people who work there are great people, they are knowledgeable and are willing to help the customer they best way they can.

    Cons

    Poor working conditions
    No salary increases in years
    No bonuses
    Old machinery
    Old technology
    Not willing to make improvements
Upper management only concern is to give themselves bonuses and salary increases each year at the expense of the employees

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people below them and take that advise use it. To many decisions come from top down, where they do not know day to day operations and make things more difficult. But they think it's more efficient.

    Sales Representative Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Cenveo (New York, NY) in March 2017.

    Interview

One on One interview with one of Cenveo's senior sales representatives. The interview was very laid back and the interviewer was quite friendly. I had read in advance that the company's financial situation is not good and seems to be getting worse. This wasn't mentioned of course. Not that I would expect it to be. Since most first interviews are mainly "get to know you" type events I didn't get much of a feel for the corporate culture or the business methodology of the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked they typical first interview questions. Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to get into sales? Whats your leadership style? How do you handle rejection?   Answer Question
