I have been working at Certain full-time
There's a team effort, everyone seems to care for one another, and the scope and mission of the company/product is awesome. Tons of potential.
The worst I can think of are just growing pains. We're trying to scale and there's a bit of support going too far to one department, but I think this will level out easily in time and we'll be kicking butt in no time.
Advice to Management
Support both sales teams, not just platform. Enable your teams to work as hard as they did prior to selling.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Certain (San Francisco, CA) in April 2013.
I knew the hiring manager but had to come in to interview with other members of the team. They basically grilled me on technical and cultural elements. When I did show up, I had a battery of 3 or 4 interviews in a row and had an offer within a day or so.
