    Inside Sales Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Certified Payment Processing (Carrollton, TX) in September 2009.

    Interview

I was lucky enough to interview with the Director of Sales for my first interview. We had a 15 minute or so conversation and I was given a tour of the office. I was offered the job because I was very qualified, they had a class starting right away so there was a lot of pressure on me to make a decision right away. This meant that I would not have enough time to provide or fulfill a two week notice with my current employer of over 3 years.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I should have asked for more. I was told months later that If i had asked for more I would have been given a better starting salary.
