I worked at Certona full-time (More than a year)
Amazing co-workers, smart and innovative and so, so, SO helpful in every capacity
Solid product, leader in the space and has great momentum
Growth opportunity, learn new things every single day
Pay could be better for the workload but is comparable to other positions in San Diego
Culture can be improved, it's made huge strides in the last 2 years but to continue to retain talent, keep employees more balanced in work and perks
I applied online. I interviewed at Certona.
HR started phone screen by saying, 'I don't know much about the job, so you'll have to save those questions if you get to the next round.' HR made some odd and outright unprofessional statements during the phone screen that made me decide to no longer pursue this role or Certona altogether. An uncomfortable experience all around.
