    Pros

This was the starting point of my accounting career and I learned a lot form my boss and co-workers.

    Cons

Don't have much to say about the company, but needed a good procedure policy.

    Advice to Management

Be generous and flexible with employees.

    Managed Services Platform Specialist Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cervalis (Wappingers Falls, NY) in March 2014.

    Interview

Interview process was in 3 stages. Phone interview was just general about skills and experience, more of probing than questioning. The in person technical interview lasted for over an hour. I had good time but some of the questions were very broad and needed a lot of elaboration. There were couple of specific questions but nothing too complicated. My week side was networking but I was in luck since they have been looking for Exchange expert. Last interview was with HR and one of the exec in the company. This interview lasted for about 2 hours but was mostly targeted towards personality and possible contributions to the company with skills I poses.

    Interview Questions

    • Configuring switch (not virutal) in virtual environment for fail-over between hosts and accounting for possible issues that could occur.   Answer Question
