Love the "town-hall" style all-associate meetings! Keep up the progress.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cetera Financial Group in April 2017.
To begin with it was super quick. But I know some folks that work there so that might have helped speed things along. 3 or 4 interviews and I was offered the job on the spot.
BUT - it took a week for me to get my offer letter! Then the background check is SUPER INTENSE. I find out 2 days before my last day at my old job that the offer may be rescinded because of a bankruptcy. Then it took another week - where I was totally stressing! - for them to finally give me the OK.
