The people here are amazing! Everyone is unique, funny, and very knowledgable in their field. Flex time is an awesome option where you can work remotely if that is how you work best - exact arrangement is determined by you and your manager. 3 weeks PTO right off the bat is pretty good. The work is challenging but interesting. A lot is expected of you, but you also have a lot of freedom and very little micromanaging. Very high profile clients.
ChaiOne is a relatively new company (8 years old) working on very large and high profile clients. The processes haven't kept up with the huge growth, and things can get disorganized and messy sometimes. However, in the past 6 or so months management has really shifted their focus to try and fix this.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ChaiOne.
I had an initial interview with a human resources assistant which asked the basics, then interviewed with the hiring manager. Everything was pretty straightforward as far as the process went, and eventually I was asked to come to the office for the final interview when I met with the hiring manager and another decision-maker.
