    Pros

    Solid market reputation in the mobile design and solutions space. Its focus on making complex simple for the connected worker make it a leader in that space.

    The company is going through a growth phase, and the recent changes are great (and were much overdue). Overall a great place to work if you are curious, and want to work at the intersections of behavior led design, mobile, and digital solutions.

    The client list is truly amazing, and ChaiOne is definitely punching above its weight. The company has withstood the ups and downs of the Houston market, and not only survived the downturns, but continues to thrive.

    A note of caution to people reading reviews on Glassdoor. People who are disgruntled typically leave reviews, and some of the reviews here are from people who are no longer at the company. In my time at this company, I have seem many good changes happen, and I truly question some of the negative reviews. The company has been going through an evolution over the past year, which will not sit well with some employees. No company is perfect, and this place is far better than many companies I've worked at or interviewed at. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending working here to my friends and family.

    Cons

    The company is going through growth evolution, which results in changing and sometimes lack of processes, policies, and organizational issues. The dilemma between the old and the new worlds will remain for the near term, but the direction of progress is positive. This is no place for those who cannot adapt or tolerate change.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course and keep focused. Continue to bring discipline and structure to the teams and processes. Continue to raise the bar for employees, even if it results in some employee turnover. Reward and appreciate your top performers, and hire only those that can help the company grow.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at ChaiOne.

    Interview

    You went through rounds of interviewing with the Manager and CEO. Standard comfortable process. I got to see the facilities and got invited to an event. They pushed hard on the benefits of the company in order to take a lower salary. I declined the position due to a low ball offer.
