Your Recruitment Journey

    I applied online. I interviewed at Chalhoub Group.


    There are generally 2 rounds of interview for a junior level. The first interview went very well and I thought I had a high chance of getting the job but then there was a Microsoft Excel test required for this job. After that for over 3 weeks I kept following up with then regarding any updates but there was never a response. Today I go to the website just to find out that the position is no more. I understand they are a huge organization and it's not possible to get in touch with all candidates but if a candidate emails twice a week and tries getting in touch through phone and voice mail, I think they should have the minimum decency to get back to the candidate with a 'yes' or 'no'
