During the pandemic I got so much time for myself like never before. I really appreciate how flexible my employer has been and the ability to continue to work remotely.

Cons

Pay is not impressive, but if you consider the amount of work this year, it is not bad.

    I applied through an employee referral I interviewed at Challenger, Gray & Christmas (Chicago, IL)

    Interview

    I interviewed with two individuals that left the company in less than a year. Ii was screened by a wonderful woman who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My interviewer did not share that the position had little discretion or collaboration, but I am not sure that he was aware of the way the company works. Both individuals seemed as if they were recruiters that were brought in for a specific period of time to "get the job done."
