I worked at Challenger Motor Freight full-time
Team leaders and management in shop were great and easy to get along with.
Very well managed and kind environment where they care about the employees.
When on weekend nights it was a difficult shift because of how slow it was. Hard to concentrate without much to do.
Advice to Management
You guys are doing a great job. Just remember that you wouldn't be there without the people under you and don't let your position get to your head. Keep your feet on the ground and the company will continue to succeed.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Challenger Motor Freight.
Three hours being grilled by a little man. I also had to be drug tested, and medically tested which took over an hour. They wanted to know in my life if I had ever been to a physiotherapist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, naturopath. So basically if you want to take care of your self especially if you are older its a liability. They are so over the top, when they give you a pitiful earnings, no wonder so many guys live inn trailer parks. That's all they can afford on this wage!
