Change Healthcare offers two medical plans.
Both plans offer access to broad national provider networks, while allowing members to make their own health care choices.
Two dental plans are available. Both plans provide in- and out-of-network benefits.
The vision plan covers a variety of vision care services plus discounts on other services.
Change Healthcare provides Basic Life/AD&D insurance, Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits, and Business Travel Accident Insurance at no cost to all eligible employees. The Change Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts include the Healthcare FSA and the Dependent Care FSA. I have worked for Chamberlin Edmonds for more than eight years. During this time I have always had challenging work, support from my senior leaders, and numerous growth and learning opportunities. I work with a respectful, dedicated and loyal team. I am grateful for the opportunities this company continues to provide myself and my team.
No real cons, other than a feeling of disconnect from our partner companies.
Advice to Management
I have always felt supported and respected by my leaders. I am grateful for their knowledge and guidance.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Chamberlin Edmonds (Jacksonville, FL).
I was called in to a room with 3 people: someone I assume was fellow representative, the manager, and a district manager. They took turns asking questions. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company and postition. Most questions were behavioral based and asked about specific situations.
Negotiation was simple. They were able to meet me halfway.
