I have been working at Chameleon Communications International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been working at Chameleon for almost two years, and I am very impressed by the company's commitment to employees' career advancement. There are all kinds of training opportunities, on communication, leadership, therapeutic areas, client interaction, digital innovation, and external training that employees can identify.
Additionally, leaders truly listen and always try to improve on management and process. I am never afraid to speak up when I feel overwhelmed or stressed; and when I do, there will be solutions.
Also, people are very positive, professional, collaborative, and supportive. There are rarely unhealthy complaining that does not seek a solution. I guess it is because of the extensive leadership training experience, the senior management is always improving. And people really respect personal boundaries here.

Perks: happy hour, fun activities (e.g. escape the room, Fitbit discount/walk challenge for charity)

    Cons

Sometimes it is hard to focus on data check or TC because of the open office, which is most of the time helpful for team interaction and collaboration (I guess the solution is to create more conference space).

    Advice to Management

Continue to truly listen and provide training opportunities to employees.
Develop more standardized SOP across accounts so that those with less experience in a particular type of deliverable can quickly get up to speed and deliver a project more efficiently.
More team building activities are needed

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Chameleon Communications International in August 2018.

    Interview

Interview was relaxed and comfortable, felt at home. Employees were all really friendly and helpful. Although, did seem a bit unprofessional as my CV had not been looked at before and I did feel as if I was taking up their time.
