Management is kind and understanding - more like coaches than bosses; feel accepted and part of the team; input from employees are encouraged; fun environment and yet still maintains a professional image.
There are no negative comments to say. It is a growing company and maybe not everything is perfect yet but no company in this stage will always be perfect. Its an opportunity for learning for everyone.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing, we can be a one of a kind company no matter how big we grow.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chameleon Integrated Services (Saint Louis, MO) in September 2016.
Rob, the Recruiting manager, is an amazing asset to this complaint and was very thorough when asking Interview questions and trying to gauge who is qualified and who is not!
