Our Careers

Champaign Elite Marketing, Inc. provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement not seniority. I worked at Champaign Elite Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

The team here is so amazing!!! Everyone from the market director to the corporate trainers go out of their way to develop each individual. I like how supportive the environment is. I’ve never been more motivated to come to work. I was really sad to leave when I moved to Chicago, but the team helped me with a transfer to another office and was very supportive. This company prioritizes hard work, dedication, but most of all developing new skill sets in marketing and communications. I could not ask for a better way to boost my marketing career. I highly recommend this company for any person looking to get their foot in the door!

Hard work is definitely needed, this is the type of job where you have to bring your 100% every day, but I like it because the people who put in the effort are highly rewarded and the people who just want to coast get passed up.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Definitely doing something right, my only critique would be come visit me in Chicago!!!!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Champaign Elite Marketing (Champaign, IL) in October 2019.

The interview played out more like a conversation where the interviewer was attempting to convince me that this job is a good idea. It isn't. This is not a marketing position at all. The job, regardless of the listing on Glassdoor/Indeed, is actually just asking people if they want to lower their utility bills or switch their cell phone service in Wal-Mart.

Basically, you go in to retail stores with a tablet and bother people while they shop.

"It's a numbers game." It very well may be, but this isn't marketing...
