The people you work with are down-to-earth and understanding. They provide great training to get your comfortable with their internal systems and practices.
The pay is WAY below average, and they are currently on a hiring freeze that does not allow them to hire anyone on full-time.
Advice to Management
Be upfront with potential employees. Don't wait 2+ months to tell them they aren't going off of contract rates anytime soon.

Applied through C2C contractor. Received interview within a few days. Easy interview, they basically want to make sure you are serious about the job and that your personality will fit with their team.
