Ideas for questions to ask interviewers re lgbtqia+ friendly benefits and how their company champions diversity and inclusion, specifically within our community? Context: I’ve been super let down by companies that appear to support our community, such as showing up at Pride festivals and using preferred pronouns, but when it’s come to actual benefits - beyond offering coverage to same-sex partners - I’ve been very disappointed.

    creating a community with a hard working team has been so amazing. I feel like i'm making a difference in children's lives as well as in a space where there are endless opportunities to grow and to continue my education.
