Low margin, poor commission, poor leadership, no onboarding or ongoing training. Staff in the business that should have been let go 10 years ago! Clique environment. Inability to change to suit market conditions.
Advice to Management
You need to admit that you need training. Take people's ideas onboard that have experienced other recruitment operating environments and can show you smarter ways of doing things. Don't be scared to cut dead wood, even if they've been with the company for 10 years.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Chandler Macleod (Perth, Western Australia (Australia)).
Unstructured. Interviewed by people with a lack of knowledge of how sales affects recruitment. No top down management. Zero sales leadership. Unskilled management team. Inconsistent messaging to employees. No training. Very poor commission scheme.
