Don't deliver to every area, safety should be your priority.
Lower your prices or pay your drivers better, how can you justify charging your absurd prices and paying your driver's the barest minimum.
Give the drivers the entire delivery charge.
Upgrade your computers, if one little thing goes wrong the whole thing crashes down because yo7 are running an OS from decades ago.

They require a copy of you driving record and auto insurance card. They then ask about availability and dependable transportation. Next they ask why you want a job and when you can start.
