I worked at Chanello's Pizza part-time (Less than a year)
The atmosphere was fairly laid back, when orders came in during dinner rush things could get a little crazy, but overall it was a low-stress work environment.
Daily tips. The cash didn't amount to much, but leaving with any cash after a day of work is always a plus.
Fairly flexible schedule.
Management at the store I worked at was subpar as far as leadership was concerned.
Pay isn't great to start out. No experience starts you out at min wage.
Advice to Management
Allow an additional few days for training, pizza making is not rocket science, but it is a daunting task for someone who has little to no experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chanello's Pizza (Virginia Beach, VA) in July 2015.
They require a copy of you driving record and auto insurance card. They then ask about availability and dependable transportation. Next they ask why you want a job and when you can start.
