Because our people are so important to us, we recently launched a new initiative that’s focused on delivering an experience that brings personal, career, and company growth through a more consistent, modern, and intuitive workplace. This Employee Experience Initiative will build upon the feedback and best practices that we’ve been gathering over the past few years about ways that we can make our company an easier and even more fulfilling place to work. A dedicated team has pulled together a thoughtful 18-month roadmap for this work, and now experts and employees from across the company are engaged in making progress on this plan. We are truly excited about this work and will share updates on our work as we move ahead.

  • Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are transforming healthcare by making information more accessible and actionable to healthcare providers, payers and patients through smartphone-style apps. Recently, Google and the Healthcare Finance Management Association (HFMA) invited us to share our insights!

Last but certainly not least, I am very proud of our dedication to giving back to the communities in which we live and work.In addition to our corporate sponsorships of the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Susan G. Komen, American Red Cross, Youth Villages, and Ronald McDonald House Charities, every team member receives two paid volunteer days per year, to be used for any non-profit volunteer opportunity. We also have our own internal fund to help support team members who experience hardship.

    Pros

    Great support system of managers, directors, and peers to teach and help you along the way. The ability to work from home is really nice. As Client Manager's we get to travel to visit our clients. It's nice to change the scenery

    Cons

    Sometimes the amount of information and ability to navigate/learn multiple systems can become overwhelming.

    Advice to Management

    Training on the various systems that is required to do the job would be helpful.

    Worked with a temp agency who placed me on HEDIS project. No previous call center experience. Drug tested, typing test and easy questionnaire. Temp agency did interview me for a few minutes to make sure I would work on the phone.
