Our Change Healthcare benefits program is a comprehensive program offering you the choice of quality benefit plans with a commitment to promote better health for you and your family. Change Healthcare understands how important affordable healthcare programs are and we are proud to offer a competitive benefits package that strives to keep costs low and promote wellness initiatives throughout the company. We provide a robust and secure online portal available to assist employees in making benefit plan decisions.
We offer open access to three High Deductable Health Plans (HDHP) with in-network and out-of-network benefits. When employees choose a plan option, they also become eligible to contribute to a Health Savings Account.
All plans offer access to broad national provider networks, while allowing members to make their own health care choices.
Three dental plans are available. All plans provide in- and out-of-network benefits.
The vision plan covers a variety of vision care services plus discounts on other services.

I have been working at Change Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)
From the very first conversation I had with a Change Healthcare recruiter to my most recent Skype conversation today with my manager I have felt nothing but positive energy. I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Change Healthcare.
Worked with a temp agency who placed me on HEDIS project. No previous call center experience. Drug tested, typing test and easy questionnaire. Temp agency did interview me for a few minutes to make sure I would work on the phone.
