Interview
My experiences with the HR interview and technical interview were very positive. All of the employees I met were kind and ChangeIs appears to be a very caring, driven, and efficient environment. I received a conditional job offer permitting that I could gain public clearance. ChangeIs remained in contact and were very supportive. I read through all of the documentation provided to me and submitted all of the required materials in a prompt fashion.
However, the public clearance process was problematic from the outset. ChangeIs incorrectly entered my name causing my application to be denied. After several weeks this issue was resolved. The Office of Personnel Management misplaced my fingerprints. After several weeks this issue was resolved. My Point of Contact provided me with incorrect and incomplete instructions causing my application to be denied. In the end, ChangeIs decided that they had enough and rescinded my job offer.
My experience with the public clearance process reflects a variety of weaknesses with the OPM, FAA, and their COVID-19 procedures. ChangeIs decided not to support me as an applicant. If you happen to experience issues with the public clearance process I recommend that you move on.InterviewHow do you work under pressure?
