    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Changyou.com (London, England (UK)) in January 2011.

    Interview

The company HR approached me via phone and arranged an interview session the other week. First interview was easy and straight forward with questions of my experiences and overall interests. Interviewer asked me about skill i can bring to the team and looked for my personality and attitude.
The second interview was slightly more difficult where I've been asked to provide more detailed examples of how can I help the company to succeed, as well as examples of activities I've already done to indicate that I have a clear picture of the role I applied for and able to deliver proper results.
The last stage of the recruiting process was a task where I had to deliver a certain piece of work within limited time frame. The task wasn't too difficult but required me to be creative and accurate.
