The annual Christmas party was about the only highlight for me. OK, schedule flexibility was a pro for me as well...
Constantly bad data from which to make calls, being switched from campaign to campaign made it difficult if not impossible to make bonus during the month. Always on edge whether you would be "laid off" - nice way of saying that you're fired. Management played favorites when it came time for promotions - interviews for open positions were only for show, minds were already made up beforehand!
Advice to Management
Why bother giving them advice? They won't listen!!!
