“When we asked our employees in an anonymous survey what they liked best about ChannelAdvisor, they had lots to say, but one word rose to the top – people.”
Awarded “Best Place to Work” by Triangle Business Journal
ChannelAdvisor is committed to protecting the well-being of our employees and that of their families. Maintaining a robust benefits package and perks guarantees that we will consistently attract and retain top talent, which is part of what makes working at ChannelAdvisor so appealing. Additionally, we recognize that flexibility and time away from work are critical, so we offer employees an appropriate balance between their personal lives and work lives.
In addition to highly competitive compensation, we offer the following benefits:
For more than a decade, ChannelAdvisor has set the global standard for e-commerce optimization by providing best-in-class technology, strategic services and thought leadership to help retailers and branded manufacturers master the complexity of connecting with consumers online.
Today, with offices worldwide, we connect sellers to new sources of demand globally through Marketplaces and drive qualified traffic to their webstores with Digital Marketing. We also help retailers and brands polish their online presence with Webstores Amplifier and Rich Media.
What’s powered our worldwide growth?
Our secret sauce is continuously stretching the definition of “what’s possible.”
We don’t react to the latest developments in e-commerce. We define them.
No other company offers the scope of solutions found in our multichannel platform — nor the ease of reaching out through multiple online channels with a single inventory feed. We’re reinventing traditional e-commerce channels and launching game-changing features, all to add more value for our customers.
The ChannelAdvisor platform:
ChannelAdvisor is also in constant discussion with companies like Google, Amazon and eBay, keeping our finger on the pulse of where the market is headed. We tackle changes that impact e-commerce so retailers and brands can focus on their business.
Our goal is simple: help retailers and brands reach prospects in a way that has significant, quantifiable effects on their bottom line.
See for yourself…and Be Seen.
ChannelAdvisor powers e-commerce initiatives for the world’s biggest names in retail.
Our formula for success isn’t a secret. First, we hire the brightest minds in the business. Then, we let them loose developing innovative solutions that help our clients sell in the global marketplace.
We’re a high-energy, eclectic bunch from all corners of the globe; we’ve got techies, indie music junkies, lots of moms and dads, musicians, food truck aficionados, soccer coaches, craft brew fans and sports enthusiasts. But we all share a singular passion: partnering with retailers and branded manufacturers to help them win in a market that’s constantly changing.
You’ll find our team up late, uncovering new ways to make the latest changes from Google work to our clients’ benefit. Our motto is “good enough isn’t an option.” We push tirelessly until it’s right.
With more than 2,500 customers globally, ChannelAdvisor has one of the most extensive networks of top retailers in the industry. Our partners include the leading e-commerce solution providers in a number of categories:
Together, we offer a full suite of e-commerce solutions to the world’s leading online retailers and branded manufacturers.
ChannelAdvisor’s leading suite of software-as-a-service, or SaaS, solutions, accessed through a standard web browser, provides our customers with a single, integrated user interface to manage their product listings, stock availability, pricing optimization, search terms, data analytics and other critical e-commerce functions across hundreds of online channels.
Retailers and manufacturers send a single product data feed to the ChannelAdvisor system, where it's then optimized and ready to sync across marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Newegg; as well as digital marketing channels such as search engines, comparison shopping websites and social media. Orders and performance information then flow back through the ChannelAdvisor system where results are measured and broken down to inform decisions, enabling sellers to be seen and sell more online.
Our comprehensive cloud-based technology platform delivers significant breadth, scalability and flexibility to our customers. In 2013, our customers processed $4.4 billion in gross merchandise value, or GMV, through our platform.
Backed by a Partner Ecosystem that integrates ChannelAdvisor with other partners and systems, the ChannelAdvisor platform can be extended to a complete e-commerce channel solution.

Wish the department had been more of a company priority.
I applied online. I interviewed at ChannelAdvisor in September 2017.
Through my interview process with ChannelAdvisor, I learned a lot about the role, expectations, type of customers and the overall culture. The interviewer provided great insight. Even though I did not move forward in the process, I would interview there again for a role that more aligned with my background.
