I worked at Chapman University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a high sense of community, and I developed a greater sense of pride for my university. I was also afforded a great amount of trust and responsibility as a student assistant.

    Cons

As a smaller university, there were relatively fewer positions available. There was also a high rate of turnover while I was there as well.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chapman University (Orange, CA).

    Interview

It was easy once you get an interview, but you better follow up on it yourself. HR is a little shady, so if you know someone you have a better shot at getting hired. You will have to wait a little while because they have to leave the posting up for 5 days. The questions for my job were more based on my personality than experience.
