I have been working at Charles River Development full-time
Industry-leading product, smart colleagues, good collaboration when needed, but a lot of independence to work on your own.
Raises are nominal, not much transparenecy in project assignments
Advice to Management
Give real raises and standardize pay tiers.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Charles River Development (Boston, MA).
I applied through campus informational session, got a phone interview few weeks after. I thought I nailed the questions, but then I got rejected. The HR is very friendly though.
