The Schwab Financial Consultant Academy is a developmental rotational program that prepares individuals for a career as a Financial Consultant in one of our branches. We’re looking for a select group of individuals who will earn a spot on our team.

    Truly do value their employees and take care of you and your future career with the company
    Amazing benefits
    Leadership is great. Create a good relationship with your manager from the start - they are your biggest advocate!
    Introduce yourself to your director. That goes a long way
    Study hard and pass your 7 & 63 so that you can move forward in the role!
    Flexible schedules are the best. They offer a wide variety of shifts.

    Received a call from the recruiter and immediately they start asking salary questions be careful with that! They ask a lot of questions about possible scenarios of angry client's and how you handled. Be wary they offer amazing bonuses and over time. Neither is easily attained; bonus is paid in tiers depending on seniority, pay grade level, and extra roles you took. Overtime is offered twice a year and limited.

    Terrible, they tell you they cannot negotiate. They lie, negotiate at least 10-13% more, that is their latitude
