Advice to Management
Continue pursuing genuine employees, and don't allow political or impersonal thinking guide your decision making. Often you must look for adequate, professional and compassionate employees; Employees who have more to offer to the patients. Having an environment full of those who are in the mind set of: working together, and doing so kindly, not withholding knowledge to trainees, or allowing these negative people "domineering" management's perceptions. This is going to be the greatest attribute management can add to a very successful team and great place to work.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat (Charlotte, NC) in January 2017.
It was very easy and the Director made me feel very comfortable. CEENTA is switching over to Epic and I have experience working with Epic which is a great Medical Record system.
